Quick answers to common questions about our platform
Check our API documentation for detailed integration guides.
Sender IDs must be approved by telecommunications companies and the NTC, which requires an application process. Our SMS API uses the default sender name for easier, faster deployment without Telco registration requirements.
By default, SMS messages containing clickable links are blocked for security and compliance reasons. As a workaround, you can format links as plain text with spaces: www . example . com or use example[dot]com.
Failed messages are logged with detailed error information. You can view them in your dashboard under SMS Logs. Failed messages do not consume credits, and you can resend them using the resend endpoint or from the dashboard.
Credits: Pay-as-you-go model. Purchase credits and use them whenever needed. Credits never expire.
Subscriptions: Fixed daily message limit that resets every day. Set use_subscription: true in your API requests to use your subscription instead of credits.
If you cancel your plan before use, you may request a refund via email or chat. For faster processing, please include your GCash name and number in your refund request. Contact us at smsapi@skysms.skyio.site.
